How to Order
We’ve made it easy for you to order with various options listed below:
For all orders we accept Visa, Mastercard, bank deposit, cheque/money order (Australia only) and payments by phone.
Online – after viewing each product you simply add the item to your shopping basket. Once you’ve finished shopping click on view cart, choose your shipping and gift wrap (if applicable) then click on checkout. In the checkout you can either register, login (if previously registered) or simply complete your postage details.
You do not need to register to shop with us, however, registering enables us to store your address details for future shopping and keep you informed about new products and special offers.
Once we have your personal details above, choose your preferred payment method: credit card, bank deposit, money order/cheque (Aust only), or phone us to pay by credit card.
Credit card payments are processed securely online. The Haggus and Stookles website is located within a secure server environment which utilises SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Haggus and Stookles use a 128-bit SSL encryption, to ensure your personal data is secure. When you enter your credit card number into the payment area it is transmitted across the internet in an encrypted form. We never see or store your credit card details, it goes straight through our secure payment gateway to the bank for processing.
E-mail – if you prefer you can simply email us your order to contactus@haggusandstookles.com.au. We will contact you within 24 hours to organise payment, advise delivery charges and confirm your order.
Phone – please call us on +61 7 3378 7155 to place your order. If we miss your call we will return your call within 24 hours to take your order and advise delivery charges.
Fax – simply download the attached order form, complete and fax to +61 7 3378 7944. We will call or email you within 24 hours of receiving your order to advise delivery charges and confirm your order .
Post - simply download the attached order form, complete and post to Haggus and Stookles, PO Box 450, Indooroopilly Qld 4068. We will call or email you within 24 hours of receiving your order to advise delivery charges and confirm your order.
