Delivery Information
All orders will be packaged and sent from Haggus and Stookles within 2 business days of receiving the order and payment. For bank deposit and money order/cheque payments, orders will be sent within 2 business days once the payment has been received or cleared.
All Australian deliveries are sent receipted post and are completely traceable. A signature is required upon delivery. Should you require the parcel to be left if you are not at home, please advise in special instructions in the check out. Delivery time for receipted post within Australia is approximately 3-5 days.
For express post, all parcels are traceable and may need a signature. Again should you require the parcel to be left if you are not at home please advise in special instructions in the check out. With express post, Australia Post guarantees next day delivery to most areas, this does not cover regional and remote areas however. If you would like to check if your postcode is covered in the express post network please contact us.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post and the shipping cost is calculated on the weight of your order. Shipping costs for receipted post within Australia are shown at the base of your shopping basket as you add items. At checkout you can choose to upgrade this to express post, add insurance or change to International Registered Post.
Please note the postage of some larger items is based on their cubic weight as opposed to actual weight and may incur an extra fee. If extra postage is payable we will contact you to advise this extra cost before your order is despatched. You will then have the option of changing or cancelling your order.
Receipted Post within Australia
Up to 10 grams - $1.00
Up to 500grams - $6.50
501grams to 1kg - $7.50
1.01kg-3kg - $9.00
3.01kg and above - $10.50
Express Post within Australia
Up to 500gram - $8.50
501gram to 1kg - $11.00
1.01kg to 2kg - $15.00
2.01kg-3kg - $20.00
3.01kg -4kg - $25.00
4.01kg-5kg - $40.00
5.01kg and above - $55.00
You can choose to insure your parcel for an additional $1.20 per $100, or part thereof. Insurance can be added to your order in the checkout area.
International Registered Post
Postage for any orders being sent by International Registered Post in excess of 2kg's will need to confirmed prior to being sent.
Insurance for International Orders
Insurance for international orders can be arranged subject to delivery country and weight. Please contact us should you require international insurance and we can provide costs based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination.
Loss and damage in transit
Haggus & Stookles Pty Ltd takes great care in packaging all orders and Australia Post is a reliable mailing service, however unfortunately sometimes mishaps can occur. Should a package be delayed, arrive damaged or not at all, please contact us immediately by email or phone so we can discuss the issue.
Please note however that Haggus & Stookles Pty Ltd will not be held accountable for items that are damaged during transit and all risk passes to the customer upon delivery at Australia Post. We will however assess each matter on a case by case basis. Note insurance is available for registered post within Australia and may be available for international post (dependent on weight and destination). Insurance can be purchased on check out.
