Hi, we got the munchee cup, our son loves it (and so do we, especially in the car!!). I also wanted to comment on your indirect customer service which I thought was exceptional! I loved the hand written note, the colour pages, the whole process was easy and although I didn't deal directly with any staff I felt like I was dealing with a really warm and helpful bunch of people. I just wanted to let you know that my bag has arrived safe and well! I have just re-joined a tennis team so that was the purpose for my purchase - a new bag to take to tennis!

With a personalised note, balloon, colouring-in pages and notebook included, I was reminded that friendly and positive customer service still exists. My 3 year daughter was thrilled. We are so quick to complain when we encounter a negative shopping experience or bad service yet we rarely take the time to highlight positive experiences.

I am an avid on-line shopper and I have never received such wonderful service as I have from Haggus and Stookles. I opened the package with the assistance of my 19 month old daughter who was simply ecstatic to find a red ballon and coloring pages inside; this small token kept her busy for some time.
