Thanks so much for the quick delivery of the parcel! Hubby was in the car when we picked it up and he loved it! Being a tradie, he really liked the logic of it, whereas I thought it was adorable and can't wait to be able to look at her while driving/ settle her if upset.

I placed an order for a Potette last Monday, had it posted on Tuesday, and received it this morning (Thursday). This is wonderful as we are going for a long weekend away and are leaving tomorrow, so it was great to have the potette ready to use. My son was delighted to open the wrapped "gifts", and to receive the enclosed message.
Also, the personal touch of the message, colouring-in pictures and the balloon (which gave alot of joy to my son), was unexpected, but really appreciated.

We are so quick to complain when we encounter a negative shopping experience or bad service yet we rarely take the time to highlight positive experiences.
I am an avid on-line shopper and I have never received such wonderful service as I have from Haggus and Stookles. I opened the package with the assistance of my 19 month old daughter who was simply ecstatic to find a red ballon and coloring pages inside; this small token kept her busy for some time.
I also was impressed with the magnetised list pad not to mention that my order arrived promply the next business day. Thank you and I will most definitely shop again and continue to spread the news of my positive experience.
